These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the drummy platform, including all betting, casino, and account services. Please read them carefully before using drummy.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and drummy ("drummy", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the drummy website located at drummy.ws, including all associated services, features, games, promotions, and account facilities.
By accessing drummy, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of drummy immediately.
drummy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. The platform is operated in English and targets users in Bangladesh who are comfortable with the English language.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
drummy is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to create a drummy account, make deposits, place bets, or access any real-money gaming product on the Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. drummy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. If it is determined that a User is under 21, drummy will close the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and return the deposited balance (minus any bonuses and winnings generated through underage play) to the payment method on record.
To use drummy, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during registration. You agree to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. drummy reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
- Each person may register only one drummy account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be merged or closed, and any associated bonuses forfeited.
- You must not register on behalf of, or allow access to your account by, any third party.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. drummy will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify drummy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
drummy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and platform integrity standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at the time of registration, at the time of your first withdrawal, or at any other point that drummy deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification to drummy's satisfaction may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
drummy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. drummy does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your drummy wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. drummy does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for checking your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Standard withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are completed within 1 to 3 hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days. drummy reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5 for full Bonus Terms.
- drummy does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Charges applied by your payment provider are outside drummy's control.
- Winnings generated from free bets or bonus credits may carry specific withdrawal conditions as described in the relevant promotion's terms.
Important: drummy will never ask you to send funds to a personal mobile number or personal bank account. All deposits must be made only through the official deposit interface on drummy.ws. If you receive instructions to send money elsewhere, do not comply — contact [email protected] immediately.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports bets placed on drummy are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as displayed at the time of bet placement. drummy offers live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and virtual sports. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to that bet. drummy reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome is known, bets placed due to a technical error in odds display, or bets that exploit pricing errors.
- Minimum single bet: ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed within the betting interface.
- In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. drummy cannot guarantee acceptance of all in-play bets during high-traffic periods.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules published on the Platform at the time of the event.
- drummy's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final, subject to the review process described in Section 8.
All casino and slot games available on drummy are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and may be reviewed within the game's information panel. drummy does not modify or influence the RNG outcomes of any game.
- Live casino games are subject to the rules announced by the live dealer at the table and the applicable studio rules.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, drummy will attempt to resolve the round according to the game provider's disconnection policy. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Any malfunction of a game voids all pays and plays for that round. Game providers' malfunction policies take precedence in all cases.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the drummy Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure:
- Placing bets using insider information or knowledge not available to the general public.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting errors in odds, game malfunctions, or software bugs for financial gain.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse").
- Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or involvement with organised corruption in sport.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
drummy offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, VIP cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Durga Puja, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general Bonus Terms.
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount unless a promotion states otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money funds (deposited balance minus bonus balance) are eligible for withdrawal prior to wagering completion.
- drummy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and being actively wagered will not be removed mid-requirement.
- Bonuses not claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
- drummy reserves the right to recover bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where bonus abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms is identified.
Welcome Bonus: New drummy members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first live casino deposit and up to ৳5,000 in free bet credits on their first sports deposit. 6. Responsible Gaming

These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary account time-outs, and permanent self-exclusion.

7. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any drummy content without express written permission from drummy.
Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the drummy Platform under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of game content is prohibited and may constitute a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the drummy Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms.
8. Disputes, Liability & Governing Law

Please include your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue. drummy aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. drummy's resolution decision, communicated in writing via email, shall be treated as final once the review process is complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, drummy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or losses arising from betting decisions. drummy's total cumulative liability to any single user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
- drummy is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.
- drummy does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for service disruptions outside its reasonable control, including network outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
- drummy is not liable for any loss caused by a user's failure to log out of a shared device or to protect their account credentials.
These Terms are governed by and construed in English. The Platform operates in English and primarily serves users located in Bangladesh. Any ambiguity in interpretation shall be resolved in favour of the plain reading of the English text. drummy operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market and complies with applicable platform integrity and player protection standards. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for determining whether their use of online gaming services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
drummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading account information.
- Suspected participation in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
- Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).
- Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
- Confirmed bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
- Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts in violation of Clause 4.3.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a third party acting on their behalf.
Upon account closure initiated by drummy for cause, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the player for non-cause reasons (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

All outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled normally; any resulting real-money balance will be paid out to the verified payment method on record.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and drummy with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: drummy's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. drummy reserves the right to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without drummy's prior written consent. drummy may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
